What is Istanbul Vito Transfer?
Istanbul Vito Transfer is a listing and quote platform that connects Mercedes Vito owners in Istanbul with passengers looking for a transfer. Owners list their vehicles for airport pickups, city and intercity transfers; passengers review the listings and send their request straight to the vehicle owner.
The platform’s role
We do not carry passengers and we do not operate vehicles. The transfer is performed by the vehicle owner who published the listing; they set the price and they deal with the passenger. The platform is the intermediary that brings the two sides together: it takes no payment from passengers, charges no commission and is not a party to the contract of carriage.
How does a request work?
When you fill in the form on a listing page, your request is passed to the vehicle owner. It is a request, not a booking: the transfer is agreed once the owner calls you and confirms the price, the meeting point and the payment method. You do not need an account to send a request.
Payment
The transfer fare is paid directly to the vehicle owner. Whether it is cash or bank transfer, and when it is paid, is settled with the owner before the trip. The platform charges passengers nothing.
How do listings go live?
Every listing is checked by hand before it goes live: we look at whether the vehicle details, photos and route prices are consistent. This check is not a document audit. The vehicle owner who publishes the listing is responsible for registration, insurance and the permits required for passenger transport. We recommend asking the owner anything you are unsure about before the trip.
Where is the service available?
Listings are for Istanbul. Most requests are for transfers from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen to Taksim, Sultanahmet, Beşiktaş, Şişli, Bakırköy, Kadıköy and Ataşehir. You can also get prices for city transfers and for intercity trips such as Bursa or Sapanca. The routes page shows roughly what prices look like on each route.
For vehicle owners
Vito owners list their vehicle with the first month free and then continue on a yearly or monthly plan. No commission is charged. Plans and prices are set out clearly on the listing page for owners.
