1. Kapsam

Bu politika, istanbulvitotransfer.com (“Site”) üzerinden hangi kişisel verilerin toplandığını, ne amaçla kullanıldığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını, ne kadar süre saklandığını ve haklarınızı açıklar. Site, Mercedes Vito sahipleri ile yolcuları doğrudan buluşturan bir platformdur; taşımacılık hizmetini araç sahibi verir. Siteyi işleten veri sorumlusu: [Şirket unvanı], [Adres]. 2. Kimin hangi verisi toplanır

Ziyaretçiler

• Teknik veriler: Barındırma sağlayıcımız Cloudflare’in sunucu erişim kayıtları (IP adresi, tarih ve saat, istenen sayfa, tarayıcı bilgisi). Sitede ziyaretçi izleme veya analitik betiği yoktur.
• Tarayıcı depolaması: Dil tercihiniz (ivt-lang) ve favori ilan listeniz (ivt_favorites) yalnız tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur; sunucuya gönderilmez.
• İletişim ve teklif formları: Ana sayfadaki teklif formu ve iletişim formu e-posta uygulamanızı açar; bize yalnız gönderdiğiniz e-postadaki ad soyad, telefon, e-posta adresi ve mesaj ulaşır. Site bu formların içeriğini kendi sunucusunda saklamaz.

Yolcular (rezervasyon talebi bırakanlar)

• İlan sayfasındaki rezervasyon talebi formu doğrudan sunucumuza gönderilir ve kaydedilir: ad soyad, e-posta, telefon, güzergâh, tarih ve saat, yolcu sayısı, mesajınız, seçtiğiniz dil, talebin durumu ve gönderim anındaki IP adresi.
• Rezervasyon talebi için üyelik gerekmez; talebiniz, seçtiğiniz ilanın sahibine iletilir (bkz. bölüm 4).

Araç sahipleri (üyeler)

• Hesap: ad soyad, e-posta, telefon, parolanızın geri döndürülemez özeti (hash), dil tercihi, e-posta doğrulama zamanı, aydınlatma metnini okuduğunuz ve kullanım şartlarını kabul ettiğiniz zaman. Parolanız hiçbir zaman açık metin olarak tutulmaz.
• Oturum: giriş yaptığınızda oturum kimliği, giriş zamanı, IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi; e-posta doğrulama ve parola sıfırlama için tek kullanımlık bağlantı kayıtları.
• İlan: araç modeli, yılı, donanımı, koltuk ve valiz kapasitesi, konum (ilçe), konuştuğunuz diller, güzergâh fiyatları ve fotoğraflar. İsteğe bağlı plaka yalnız size ve site yöneticisine görünür. Fotoğraflar yüklenmeden önce tarayıcınızda küçültülür; bu sırada konum (GPS) ve cihaz bilgileri (EXIF) silinir.
• İlan istatistikleri: ilan sayfanızın kaç kez görüntülendiği yalnız gün bazında toplam sayı olarak tutulur; ziyaretçinin IP adresi ya da kimliği kaydedilmez.
• Yönetim kayıtları: ilanınızın onaylanması, reddedilmesi veya yayından kaldırılması ile hesabınızın askıya alınması işlemleri gerekçesiyle birlikte kaydedilir.

Çerezler

Yalnız üye girişi yaptığınızda oturumunuzu sürdürmek için iki zorunlu çerez yazılır: ivt_session (oturum kimliği, yalnız sunucu okur) ve ivt_auth (giriş var/yok bayrağı). İkisi de en fazla 30 gün geçerlidir ve çıkış yaptığınızda silinir. Reklam, izleme veya üçüncü taraf çerezi yoktur; bu nedenle çerez onayı istenmez.

3. Herkese açık bilgiler

İlanınız yayına alındığında şu bilgiler herkese açık olarak ilan sayfasında, ilan listesinde ve arama motorlarında görünür: adınızın kısaltılmış hâli (ör. “Mehmet K.”), telefon numaranız, konumunuz (ilçe), konuştuğunuz diller, araç bilgileri, fiyatlar ve fotoğraflar. Telefonunuz, yolcuların sizi doğrudan arayabilmesi için yayınlanır; ilanı duraklattığınızda veya sildiğinizde bu bilgiler herkese açık olmaktan çıkar. E-posta adresiniz ve tam adınız herkese açık değildir.

4. Kullanım amaçları ve paylaşım

• Yolcu → araç sahibi: Rezervasyon talebiniz (ad, telefon, e-posta, güzergâh, tarih, yolcu sayısı, mesaj) seçtiğiniz ilanın sahibine hem üye panelinde hem e-postayla iletilir. Araç sahibi bu bilgileri yalnız transferinizle ilgili iletişim için kullanabilir; bu kullanımdan araç sahibi kendi adına sorumludur.
• Araç sahibi → yolcu: Talebiniz alındığında size gönderilen e-postada araç sahibinin kısaltılmış adı ve telefonu yer alır.
• Site yöneticisi: İlanları onaylamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için üyelerin ad soyad, e-posta ve ilan bilgilerini; gerektiğinde rezervasyon taleplerini görür.
• İşlemsel e-postalar: e-posta doğrulama, parola sıfırlama, ilan onayı/reddi ve talep bildirimleri. Pazarlama veya toplu e-posta gönderilmez.
• Güvenlik: IP adresi ve istek sayıları, kötüye kullanımı ve otomatik saldırıları önlemek için kısa süreli tutulur.

5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

• Cloudflare (ABD) — barındırma ve içerik dağıtımı (Pages), veritabanı (D1) ve fotoğraf depolama (R2). Veriler Cloudflare’in yurt dışındaki, öncelikle Avrupa Birliği’ndeki sunucularında tutulur.
• Resend (ABD) — işlemsel e-postaların gönderimi. Alıcı adresi, konu ve e-posta içeriği gönderim için Resend’e iletilir.
• Google Fonts — yazı tipleri fonts.googleapis.com ve fonts.gstatic.com adreslerinden yüklenir; bu istek sırasında IP adresiniz Google’a iletilir.
• Verileriniz satılmaz, reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Yukarıdakiler ve bölüm 4’teki paylaşımlar dışında, yalnız yasal bir talep olması hâlinde yetkili kurumlara aktarılır.

6. Saklama süreleri

• Rezervasyon talepleri: oluşturulduktan sonra en fazla 12 ay; ilgili ilan ya da araç sahibinin hesabı silindiğinde hemen silinir.
• Üyelik verileri: hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde ilanlarınız, fotoğraflarınız ve gelen talepler silinir; hesap kaydı anonimleştirilir (ad, e-posta ve telefon kaldırılır).
• Oturum kayıtları: en fazla 30 gün; çıkış yaptığınızda hemen silinir. Doğrulama ve sıfırlama bağlantıları kullanıldığında hemen, süresi dolduğunda en geç 7 gün içinde silinir.
• E-posta gönderim kayıtları (alıcı adresi, konu, gönderim durumu): 90 gün.
• E-posta yazışmaları ([email protected]): en fazla [E-posta saklama süresi].
• Sunucu erişim kayıtları: Cloudflare’in standart saklama süresi boyunca.
• Dil tercihi ve favoriler: siz tarayıcı verilerinizi silene kadar, yalnız kendi cihazınızda.

7. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkınız vardır. Üyeler hesap ayarlarından bilgilerini düzeltebilir ve hesaplarını silebilir; yolcular taleplerinin silinmesini e-posta ile isteyebilir. Ayrıntılar ve başvuru yolu KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’nde yer alır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika gerektiğinde güncellenir; geçerli sürüm bu sayfada, güncelleme tarihi ise üstte yer alır. Önemli değişiklikler üyelere e-posta ile bildirilir.

1. Scope

This policy explains which personal data are collected through istanbulvitotransfer.com (the “Site”), for what purposes they are used, with whom they are shared, how long they are kept and what your rights are. The Site is a platform that connects Mercedes Vito owners directly with passengers; the transport service is provided by the vehicle owner. 2. Whose data are collected, and which

Visitors

• Technical data: the server access logs of our hosting provider Cloudflare (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information). The Site has no visitor tracking or analytics script.
• Browser storage: your language preference (ivt-lang) and your favourite listings (ivt_favorites) are kept only in your browser’s local storage; they are not sent to the server.
• Contact and quote forms: the quote form on the home page and the contact form open your email app; we receive only the full name, phone, email address and message in the email you send. The Site does not store the content of these forms on its own server.

Passengers (those who submit a booking request)

• The booking request form on a listing page is sent directly to our server and stored: full name, email, phone, route, date and time, number of passengers, your message, the language you selected, the status of the request and the IP address at the time of submission.
• No membership is required for a booking request; your request is passed to the owner of the listing you selected (see section 4).

Vehicle owners (members)

• Account: full name, email, phone, an irreversible digest (hash) of your password, language preference, the time your email was verified, and the times you read the privacy notice and accepted the terms of use. Your password is never stored in plain text.
• Session: when you sign in, a session identifier, sign-in time, IP address and browser information; single-use link records for email verification and password reset.
• Listing: vehicle model, year, trim, seat and luggage capacity, location (district), the languages you speak, route prices and photos. The optional plate number is visible only to you and the site administrator. Photos are resized in your browser before upload; location (GPS) and device information (EXIF) are removed in the process.
• Listing statistics: how many times your listing page has been viewed is kept only as a daily total; the visitor’s IP address or identity is not recorded.
• Administrative records: the approval, rejection or removal of your listing and the suspension of your account are recorded together with the reason.

Cookies

Only when you sign in as a member are two strictly necessary cookies set to maintain your session: ivt_session (session identifier, read only by the server) and ivt_auth (signed-in yes/no flag). Both are valid for at most 30 days and are deleted when you sign out. There are no advertising, tracking or third-party cookies; therefore no cookie consent is requested.

3. Publicly visible information

When your listing is published, the following information is publicly visible on the listing page, in the listing directory and in search engines: the short form of your name (e.g. “Mehmet K.”), your phone number, your location (district), the languages you speak, vehicle details, prices and photos. Your phone number is published so that passengers can call you directly; when you pause or delete the listing, this information is no longer public. Your email address and full name are not public.

4. Purposes of use and sharing

• Passenger → vehicle owner: your booking request (name, phone, email, route, date, number of passengers, message) is passed to the owner of the listing you selected, both in the member panel and by email. The vehicle owner may use this information only to communicate about your transfer and is responsible for that use on their own behalf.
• Vehicle owner → passenger: the email sent to you when your request is received contains the owner’s short name and phone number.
• Site administrator: to approve listings and prevent misuse, sees members’ full name, email and listing details, and booking requests when necessary.
• Transactional emails: email verification, password reset, listing approval/rejection and request notifications. No marketing or bulk emails are sent.
• Security: IP address and request counts are kept for a short time to prevent misuse and automated attacks.

5. Service providers

• Cloudflare (USA) — hosting and content delivery (Pages), database (D1) and photo storage (R2). Data are kept on Cloudflare’s servers abroad, primarily in the European Union.
• Resend (USA) — delivery of transactional emails. The recipient address, subject and email content are passed to Resend for delivery.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; your IP address is transmitted to Google during this request.
• Your data are not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Apart from the above and the sharing described in section 4, data are transferred to competent authorities only in the case of a legal request.

6. Retention periods

• Booking requests: at most 12 months after creation; deleted immediately when the related listing or the vehicle owner’s account is deleted.
• Membership data: for as long as your account remains open. When you delete your account, your listings, photos and incoming requests are deleted; the account record is anonymised (name, email and phone are removed).
• Session records: at most 30 days; deleted immediately when you sign out. Verification and reset links are deleted immediately once used and within 7 days at the latest once expired.
• Email delivery records (recipient address, subject, delivery status): 90 days.
• Email correspondence ([email protected]): at most [E-posta saklama süresi].
• Server access logs: for Cloudflare’s standard retention period.
• Language preference and favourites: until you clear your browser data, only on your own device.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) you have the right to access your data, to request their correction or erasure and to object to their processing. Members can correct their details and delete their account from the account settings; passengers can request the deletion of their requests by email. Details and how to apply are set out in the KVKK Notice.

8. Changes

This policy is updated when necessary; the current version is on this page and the update date is shown at the top. Significant changes are notified to members by email.
